CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to develop the Platform. As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a critical role in achieving new heights of success for our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek and implement points of technological synergy with BHFT/ us for business growth
- Collaborate with the business leadership to design and implement experiments to test hypotheses for new market opportunities and growth
- Lead a team of developers, analysts, and testers
- Be accountable for service architecture, stability, and security
- Shape technical strategy
- Drive the improvement of quality and speed of production delivery
Key Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology leadership role
- Expert in trading platform development
- Have an expertise in industry fundamentals; passionate about Algo Trading
- Expert in C++ and/or Rust programming (preferably Rust)
- Experience in architecture development and low-latency tuning
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
