Technical Lead
We are looking for a Technical Lead for our core team to develop and implement new features of an algorithmic trading platform. We need an experienced systems developer to help our engineering team take the result to the next level. The task now is to manage the development of new features.

Responsibilities
- Participate in planning and prioritization of features and approval of business and technical requirements;
- Translate stakeholder requirements into deliverables through effective prioritization, task decomposition and backlog and technical debt management;
- Be responsible for evaluating the complexity and timing of the team’s implementation;
- Be a playful coach and mentor to the team, dealing with code and team performance assessments;
- Provide quality results – reliability and performance of developed solutions.
Required skills and experience
- Experience in team lead/technical lead role, building fault tolerant systems;
- Ability to produce the results the business needs, not just code itself;
- At least 2 years of experience in Rust systems development;
- Ability to manage a team;
- Knowledge or experience in HFT & algo trading is desirable.
