The Trading Engineers team at BHFT is responsible for supporting trading systems, developing tools for monitoring and managing portfolios, as well as analyzing markets and data. We also handle the management of financial instruments, development of ETL processes, and business analytics. Our primary task is to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the company's trading activities.

BHFT is more than just a job for me—it's a life school. I started here five years ago as a junior operations specialist and have grown into the head of the Trading Engineers department. Over these years, I’ve tackled a wide range of exciting challenges, from various statistical models to deserializing binary data.
